Data Deletion Requests
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Aksha, including website enquiries, product account information, Communication Hub records, and WhatsApp integration-related data processed through our platform.
Important
If Aksha processes data on behalf of one of our customers, we may need the request to come from that customer or from an authorized administrator before we can act on it.
1. Email the request
Send your deletion request to info@akshaerp.com from an authorized business email address whenever possible.
2. Tell us what should be deleted
Include the organization name, product name, tenant or account reference, contact email, phone number, and the type of data you want removed or anonymized.
3. Add integration details if WhatsApp is involved
For Communication Hub or WhatsApp-related requests, include the business phone number, display name, provider account handle, WhatsApp Business Account identifier if available, and any relevant message or webhook references.
4. Verification and processing
We may request reasonable verification before processing deletion requests. Once verified, we will review the request, apply applicable retention and legal requirements, and confirm what has been deleted, anonymized, or retained.
Examples of data that may be covered
- Website contact form enquiries and demo requests
- Communication Hub provider account and endpoint configuration records
- Webhook event records and message logs, where deletion is allowed
- Template or integration configuration data stored for a tenant
- Support-related account references tied to a request
Retention and exceptions
Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, audit, fraud prevention, service integrity, or financial compliance reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we may restrict access, anonymize the data, or retain only the minimum records required.

Email us with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the details needed to identify the account, tenant, or integration.
