Why separate product documentation?
AkshaERP and AkshaEDU should be documented separately so each product can explain its own features, workflows, and terminology without confusing the reader.

No. Product pages, sidebars, and feature documentation should remain separate. Only the common documentation home should hold shared topics and product entry points.
Why define the documentation structure early?
Locking the structure first allows the team to add feature pages gradually without changing URLs, hierarchy, or writing style later.
