Documentation
AkshaEDU Documentation
AkshaEDU documentation is organized separately from AkshaERP and is structured around Setup, Transactions, Analytics, Portals, and Integrations so institutions and implementation teams can understand the product in a clean, repeatable way.
How AkshaEDU documentation is organized
AkshaEDU has its own documentation area. It should not be mixed with AkshaERP feature pages, sidebars, or product-specific explanations.
The documentation tree is intentionally structured first by section, then feature group, then feature page so every screen and process can be explained in a consistent format.
Documentation Standards
The locked writing, field, valueset, LOV, screenshot, and page-template standard used across all AkshaEDU documentation.
Demo Data and Screenshot Standards
The rules for realistic sample data, screenshot naming, capture consistency, and figure usage.
Setup
Reference pages for education setup and master features.
Transactions
Operational pages covering learner lifecycle, timetable, attendance, fees, assessments, and more.
Analytics
Education dashboards, AI alerts, predictive analysis, and analytics snapshots.
Portals and Integrations
Portal-facing pages and integration touchpoints linked to AkshaEDU.
Documentation principles
- AkshaERP and AkshaEDU documentation should remain separate.
- Docs home should only contain common documentation topics and product entry points.
- Every AkshaEDU feature page should follow one of two templates: header-only or header + lines.
- Every field should be explained using the same table format across all feature pages.
- Valueset and LOV documentation should be explicit rather than implied.
