All AkshaEDU documentation pages should use realistic demo data and consistently captured screenshots so every page looks like part of one product documentation system.

Demo data rules
- Use realistic institution, campus, academic year, learner, and program examples.
- Prefer practical data that matches AkshaEDU product positioning rather than placeholder text.
- Keep screenshots aligned to the same demo institution context when documenting related features.
Screenshot capture rules
- Use the same browser width and zoom level across the documentation set.
- Use the same UI theme and visible application chrome.
- Capture list page, edit page, and relevant child tabs consistently.
- Use numbered callouts only where they improve clarity.
Mandatory screenshot blocks
Header-only pages
List page, create or edit page, and one filled example or filtered example screenshot.
Header + lines pages
List page, General tab, Child Tab 1, Child Tab 2, and one completed example document screenshot.
Naming convention
Use names like edu-institutions-list.png, edu-institutions-general.png, and edu-institutions-contacts-tab.png.
Figure and caption style
- Use one caption format across the documentation set.
- Example: Figure 1. Institutions list page.
- Example: Figure 2. Institutions General tab.
